Bensons Bed centres are a national chain that usually rent space of a larger well known retailer. They often employ limited staffing and pay them mainly on commission. The products are first class and we have had no problems with the items we bought there.
The type of business they are in, often tucked away at the back of the store means the staff are often bored and can be seen reading books, mags or even playing on psp’s and Ds lites. Unfortunately this has now closed down as it was situated inside Rosebrys which closed down as part of the group going into administration.
