I’m never very good at describing what I want with my hair and as I’ve been moving city a lot in the last few years my experiences were pretty hit and miss — so, if you are like me and need someone to really discuss options and put some genuine thought into how you can look your best then I definitely suggest going here.
As a man, I’m not really used to having that much thought put into something like this, so after 45 minutes I was surprised to be sent off for a wash only to come back and have the cutting continue. Definitely a first class service and staff that want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with everything; not a trimmer wielding production line.
Recommending here to everyone I know — even sent my mother and it’s the best she’s looked in 10 years!

It had been awhile since my last haircut. Last time I picked someone because I knew them, not based on anything else and was a little disappointed. Moving to a new city is HARD to throw your hair into just anyone’s hands!
I did a little research to find who I could try in Teddington and came across this lovely place! Wayne the owner is not only non-​pretentious (and could be with a long list of hair accolades coming from New Zealand) but very approachable and easy to discuss hair options with. He also knows how to cut curly hair which for me is a HUGE bonus. The other staff are also super nice and from what I was seeing, making people look good!
I will definitely be back in my 6 – 12 week time for a haircut and try a color as my faith in hair styling has been restored.
