Headland Caravan & Camping Park

You can’t get a better location than this, just five minutes to the centre of the village with the pubs and cafes (and the castle) and has fab views. I found this site really peaceful. The showers were 20p for approx 5 minutes and were fine, the facilities look a little dated but they are perfectly adequate with several showers and toilets, a washing up area and a launderette. The wifi aerial wasn’t working when we were there but as we were on one of the upper terraces (with electric hookup) we were still able to access the wifi… and it was free, very rare these days! I know a lot of motorhomers stay in the car park in town for a few pounds a night but personally I prefer to have facilities, therefore I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.
