This place has lost its appeal, it seems to be slightly confused as to what it is. The fact that live music isn’t played there anymore is a big loss. The food is good, when it finally arrives but the attitude of the staff is appalling.

old inn in totnes, devon. Oldy worldy downstairs and contemporary-​chic/​cocktail bar upstairs. Good food (£10-£18 main course) but service isn’t always consistent. Bad attitude from one of the staff and wine isnt always fully stocked. Worth a visit. Upstairs is vibrant and busy on saturday.
