i really like this new look especially when the sales are on as there is always plenty of choice. i find the staff here particulary helpful as when i have been shopping here in the past i have had no problems with finding help and the staff are only too happy to help.

big store. allways had a good sale my partner loves shopping there but unfortunately no mens stuff like Penzance/​Plymouth. staff are helpful but unfortunately seems to be a high turnover.

This one is a large store with a massive choice of clothes and shoes and they also got accessories. The staff is helpful and friendly and I never had to queue for ages.

A massive store which has vasts amounts of choice. It is nicely laid out in sections although it can sometimes be difficult to navigate with a pram. There is a good selection for plus size and also petite. Ample amounts of accessories and shoes, plus nightwear and underwear which is bonus seeing as they are so reasonably priced. It is right at the top of town, but well worth the effort to get there. There is a large amount of changing rooms and you rarely have to wait to use them. Nice amount of checkouts which means the waiting time here is kept to a minimum also.

As New Looks go this one is pretty good. Its very big, wheelchair accessible and has lots of ranges (young, plus size, maternity). Plenty of space so you don’t feel crowded and lots of changing rooms too. Big section for shoes at the back and lots of underwear but the acessories section isn’t very good. Rumour has it that they’re about to expand upwards to fill the first floor too which would mean even more stuff which is great!

Lovely large New Look store which is easily accessible even with a pushchair as it is all over one floor. Large normal clothes range, then also has the plus sizes and the 9 – 15 range for teenagers.
Further to this there is underwear, shoes, accessories such as hair bands and slides, belts and jewellery and some gifts. The gift range expands quite a lot over Christmas.
Always been served by friendly and helpful staff and my only complaints would be that sometimes I have had to wait for a changing room and there isnt any big enough for a pushchair as well.
