T. Tunnock Bakers, the outlet for the freshest pies and sausage rolls you will ever taste, not to mention the first port of call for the Tunnock’s Teacake delivery, which are made right across the road. The cakes and biscuits are yummy, of course, and you can sit in here and have a cup of tea with your cake, which is ideal. What’s better than cake and tea? Not much, I imagine. The shop itself is a little outdated, but perhaps part of the charm. The windows promise a shop full of cool retro trinkets and memorabilia, but it’s a bit disappointing if I’m honest. Very 80’s, but in a more dusty way than funky.
