Jewellery missing (£4500 worth but priceless sentimentaly) also miscellaneous items missing such as dvd player, dvd stand, towel rail. Broken ornaments, broken glass in pictures. Very poorly wrapped breakables (eg a collection of miniature bottles was packaged as a layer of wrap paper, a layer of bottles, sheet of wrap paper, layer of bottles etc). Numerous wheels missing from bottoms of furniture making them unstable. When enquiring about the missing jewellery (not even mentioned theft at this point) the company owner basically accuses us of losing it (even though his team packaged everything), says that jewellery isn’t insured with him and threatens to send the boys round so that we can accuse them of stealing it to their faces! Matter is now with police who advised us to report as theft as cannot get a satisfactory answer from Andy.

Used them to move within London. Their service was unfortunately under expectations: 1) they let me down on one major piece of furniture for which I had them come and do a survey before moving, so I had to arrange another solution, 2) they damaged a few pieces, 3) lack of care when moving furniture around (sliding it unprotected on the floor!). If you value your furniture & goods, don’t use them for moving.
