Had to get a skirt and took a trip to Uxbridge and went into Marks & Spencer to see wot they had. They were extremely helpful and showed me all the Selection they had. The sizes were great and were a really good fit. The garments are really good quality Material. Will go again.

I am now disabled and for the first time this week have had to use a Shopmobility scooter. The Uxbridge store has racks of stuff so close together that today, whilst looking for an automatic exit door, I have hurt my shoulder and hand on the clothes racks. A security guard close by just laughed and walked the other way. There are never any staff around and if you do happen to find one they all but ignore you and rush off somewhere else. This store is a nightmare for the disabled and I strongly recommend using Debemhams instead where the shop floor is able to be driven around and the staff are warm, friendly and available. I do a lot of online shopping from M& S but I am now going to reconsider and use elsewhere.

I have visited this M&S looking for houseware. Unfortunately it seems to be good on food and clothing, but nothing else. The staff have been friendly each time we visit, and my only worry would be the security guard that seems to follow people around the store. The sandwiches are good but not as healthy as the boots.

I’ve got my lunch here almost every working day for the past 11 months. M&S sandwiches and wraps are good value at an average price of around £2.75-£3.50 each and there’s sufficient variety so that you don’t get bored. For the health conscious, they’re all clearly marked with the total calories and what proportion of your RDA for salt, fat etc they contain. Top marks. If you’re in the mood for a little extra, there’s a good range of flapjacks, buns etc. Recently I had a superb iced bun and Christmas pudding. During the lunch hour, they man 5 extra quick checkouts next to the sandwich shelves so that you don’t have to wait too long. You’re pretty much guaranteed a friendly hello and lovely smile when you’re served. Obviosuly, being M&S there’s a lot more to the store than the sandwiches but my time is limited during the lunch break so I’ve not yet explored much more.
