I had a really nice meal here last week for my poker night out. It’s a restaurant and bar with activities such as darts and pool/snooker to keep you entertained. The food was good, I personally would recommend the 2 steaks, top notch! The staff there were very friendly and polite! Served with a smile. Good price for what you get, cheap pints too, everyone is a winner haha!

The Farmer’s Arms is a delightful old world pub in Walassey Village. The rich, dark wood panelling and furnishings are gorgeous. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time at least 50 years, maybe more. And if you’re like me, that’s a good thing. A great place to join some friends for a pint or to take the family for a meal. They have some good home cooked British meals at good prices, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

A proper traditional pubused to be the smokiest place in town before the ban but it is small and cosy with decent beer. the prices are pretty much in line with the other pubs in the area — younger people tend to prefer the Lighthouse or Nelson though.
