It takes a long time to get served, the latte coffee lately has been luke warm and barely half full, vaguely resembles coffee but doesnt taste much like it.
I used to love costa but dont go in there much now.
The new fruit coolers are ok, nice for a change.
1 loo for all customers which isnt great if you are next in line behind a big bloke who needed a number 2.

The only reason this hasn’t got 5 stars from me is because it takes AGES for people to be served their fancy coffee’s and the queue doesn’t move very quickly but this is the same in every starbucks type placeit is clean, friendly, lovely good food at fairly reasonable prices so worth a stop if you’re nearby.
