Gulliver’s Warrington

We went here a few months ago for a special guest visit. Peppa Pig was at the park. My daughter is mad for Peppa so we went along. I don’t think the park was expecting as many visitors because they ran out of everything. By 3pm you couldn’t even get a drink let alone food or an ice cream.
The ques for Peppa were enourmous, the other attractions were extremely busy and ques evitable. Not sure what it is usually like but i would not visit when they have a character there ever again. We qued for Peppa in the 2pm slot for an hour and half only to get near the front to be told we might as well go elsewhere in the park because peppa was going for a rest!
We then went back for the last showing and qued for an hour before Peppa was due to avoid more tears. This was very stressful with a giddy 2 year old and a restless 7 month old.
There wasn’t many rides for my 2 year old and the play areas were very small for a park this size. They would have been better off having one larger play area rather than 3 or 4 smaller ones scattered about the park.
