This is a fantastic place to visit if you are at all interested in crafting. I very occasionally make my own cards when time allows and everything you could pobbibly need to make them you will find here. Every type of craft is catered for from needlework to cake making. Some of the items are slightly overpriced, but they have some great offers and 3 for 2’s to make the most of. They also stock a brilliant range of crafts for children. Perfect to visit if you have just been to Mothercare.

Hobbycraft is one of those places where you can find all kinds of weird and interesting stuff. We tend to use it for art supplies where you can get everything you might need and also for wedding supplies. Randomly it has a large aisle full of flowers, favours, and any other accessory you might need for a wedding at really good prices. We got 40 favours bags for £4.99 and if you go back on a regular basis you can really drop on a bargain. If you’re into anything crafty or creative this is the place to go as the choice and selection is huge. Of course if you want to get anything framed there is the option to buy a ready made frame with glass or to pick separates and make your own up.

This shop has a wide range of craft products worht a visit if you are needing stuff to do with the kids on a rainy day. It also seem s to have a large selection for those into paining, card making and various other craft hobbies (perhaps why it is called hobby craft) lives up to its name.

I love this shop & they have a great selection of arts & crafts stuff for all ages & all sorts of different crafts. I find most of the prices are reasonable & they always have some excellent offers on. I’ve always found the staff approachable & eager to help me find what I need. They sometimes have a little ‘workshop’ to demonstrate various products & always find it interesting & I often find myself buying things I didn’t go in for which of course is what they want! I do find that some of the less popular crafts eg quilling are not catered for as much anymore & the last time I went they didn’t have what I wanted & could only offer me kits.
As it’s on a retail park there is plenty of parking & it’s just off the M62 motorway.

If you are addicted to card making and arts and crafts then Hobbycraft is your one stop location for all of your needs.
I find on the whole the prices at Hobbycraft are very reasonable and competive, they are usually a lot cheaper than the small craft shops and the range is vast. In small shops you are usually limited but at Hobbycraft they have lots of choice.
Paints in every colour you need and more besides! If your looking for glue then theres a glue for every imaginable use from wood glue, fabric glue, paper glue, permanent glue, hot glue or plain old pva glue!
The only problem I have with Hobbycraft is when I go through the doors I always seem to find more things to buy than I originally planned and come away skint!
