Staff are friendly, they get to know your face so you feel like they address you personally which is nice. It has a small and friendly feel to the surgery. As with all doctors these days though you can wait some time for an appointment unless you ring of a morning to get an ‘emergency’ appointment. Can be hard to get through on the phone at busy times(i.e mornings) The automated message is on later in the evening even though appointments run later on. I was stuck in traffic and tried to call the surgery to warn them I was running a little late for my 6.30pm, but could not get through as the auto message was on instead. My own doctor left the surgery, I only found out by being told a few weeks later when trying to make an appointment, I was told that patients are not informed of these things which i think is a shame as some patients only like to see their own doctor. I was left unable to see a female doctor as mine had left and the other was on maternity leave. I do like this surgery though, its handy for me with children. The car park is so small though there’s often no spaces. :-/
