I have used these for the last decade or so and find the staff are always extremely helpful and pleasant.
Throughout the eyesight tests, I was kept informed as to what they were doing and why. I was shown how my eyesight had changed and what my retinal image showed.
For the first time, my eyesight had not changed since the last test, so they didn’t try to get me to buy new spectacles. I was extremely impressed.
From previous visits, I know that they have a vast array of styles and prices to suit everybody and they have regular special offers.
I have never needed the hearing test part, but could observe how well all customers were treated as well as the variety of aids they stock.

Their eye tests are very comprehensive with the latest equipment, which ensures any issues are identified, and you receive the correct prescription. At every stage the staff are very friendly and professional.
A wide range of glasses are available at each price point to suit everyone, and they have offers on regularly. On my most recent visit I bought glasses with transitions lenses, which work great.
Contact lenses, hearing tests and hearing aids are also available.
