This is a top venue with awesome conference facilities. The facilities have been used time and time again when it comes to hosting events and meetings. The Heritage Motor Centre has a large number of meeting rooms, which vary in size. They also have free wi-fi available, a café on site and amble parking for delegates and vistors to the Heritage Motor Museum. The conference centre incorporates a Motor Museum, which houses the world’s finest collection of historic British cars. Catering for meetings or large events is no problem for them, and they offer a variety of options ensuring they cater for those with dietary requirements. The customer service is 5 star — nothing is too much trouble for them, the staff are happy to help with special requests and also help plan your event in order to make it a success.

I loved this place. I was here for an event but snuck down to see all the cars they have. I fell in love with every Land Rover I saw. Great place to go with family or anyone really as long as they enjoy cars. I’d love a return visit.

A wonderful collection of cars from the 19th Century to present day and all are in pristine condition. This was a family day out with my 5 and 2 year old boys in tow and they both enjoyed the freedom allowed to roam around and see the cars close up, especially the sports cars and mini collection. For the money this is a great value day out.

This is ok if you like that sort of thing enough to spend a whole day there! It cost £9 each to get in which I thought was a bit over the top, especially as it’s not much less than that for kids so I paid over £15 for 3 of us to get in and we spent about two hours there which including half an hour in the café. We only had a drink in the café as we had brought a picnic although the café prices looked fairly reasonable and it was clean and the food looked nice(although I had a cappuccino which wasn’t the nicest I’ve had). I was quite disappointed with the museum itself. There is go-karting there which is good but you have to pay £6 extra for the adult ones and £3 for the kid’s ones. The staff at the go-karts aren’t very good. We went to the kid’s ones expecting someone to be there but they weren’t so we went over to the adult karts to find someone only to be lied to by the staff who looked like they had barely left school and said someone was there when we got there! The vehicle collection is large and, if you want to spend hours looking at the same things then it’s fine but we found it difficult to spend very long there and there is nothing else in the area.

The Heritage Motor Museum at Gaydon has had an upgrade in recent years, and is well worth a visit for anyone who likes cars and driving. And for those like me who have a general interest but who aren’t fanatics. There are exhibits of cars from the earliest ones through to modern luxury and sports cars. There are imaginative displays and films showing the history of car-making. For older visitors, there’s lots of opportunities to say: ‘I remember that!’ There’s lots of stuff for kids, including a karting track on site, though we weren’t with children so didn’t try any of that out. All kinds of special events happen at the centre, so it’s worth checking the website. There’s also a well-equipped shop and café.
