Unbelievably dissapointed!!! Will never go back to this store nor recommend it to anyone!!

Went there today to get a help backing up my Iphone/transfering all data contacts etc onto my new phone. It wouldnt let me to use my debit/credit card when tried to buy more storage (since a member of staff suggested so) so a guy has advised me to check with my bank "probably bank has blocked such payments for security reasons"!

Went to the bank to find out that The Apple charged me 22 times to get extra storage!!!!! 22 times!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously, my cards are not blocked from any payments so its definitely the Apple's fault!

Went back to the store.. A guy who previously served me has asked one of his colleagues to help me with the issue who arranged a phone call from customer services to sort out THEIR mistake! On top of that, he told me I have to do back up by myself "plug into a computer" and just deal with it. When I said I have another question to ask, before I even finished the sentence he just went "here is the que, wait for your turn" and just left!!!!!!!!!!

This is how you treat the customers?!!!!!
