Friendly knowledgable staff, always seem happy to order products if needed and give advice.
Electrical dept is typically a nightmare at the weekend as it’s so so busy. Ladies fashion is a large area but really lacking in a variety of lingerie.
Oxford St is better for quantity by Watford staff are infinitely better!

Overpriced middle of the road fayre. Became ill with food poisioning ended up seeing more of the local hospital than I ever wanted to.

This is a wonderful place if you have small children, especially infants, and is my favourite place to go for lunch with my baby. Why? The layout is spacious and warm, staff are extremely good and they are welcoming of you where other places turn their noses up and make access hard. They offer to carry your tray and warm bottles, and generally ensure you have everything you need. The menu is varied with a hot and cold table as well as cakes (coconut highly recommended!) the quality is always top notch. It is expensive, up to six pounds for a sandwich, but I find that if I have lunch here I don’t usually want dinner! The place is accessible by lift and has toilets nearby.

This is the ideal place for a proper lunch after a hard day’s shopping at John Lewis. It is a bright, spacious place, impeccably clean and with comfortable seating. Look out of the windows and you will see Watford bustling below you while you enjoy your meal in relative quiet.
We usually always have the salmon. It comes with a choice of vegetables and you can add other accompaniments if you fancy. The price is a bit higher than your average shopping mall café, but worth it since you get a nice meal for it.
Definitely one I’d recommend.
