Jurys Inn London Watford

Stayed here while attending a swing dance event (Goodnight Sweetheart). The hotel was filled with people from the event, and the hotel took good care of us. Room was clean and plenty of space. (We were able to have visitors to our room without it being too crowded.) the breakfast buffet was just what we needed in the morning. And the staff was helpful with whatever we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Ate here twice on a business trip. First time my burger was over cooked and they brought me sauvignon blanc instead of the cabernet sauvignon I ordered. The next meal was terrible! First it took three calls to even get the order going and then my nachos showed up without salsa and sour cream. After all the back and forth on the phone initially, I had no energy to even deal with the missing items. Should have just ordered Papa Johns!

Good location and rate. Staffs are friendly. The buffet dinner was great though the variety is a little. Room is big with convenient facilities such as hand wash liquid. It provides traditional English breakfast.

Nice shiny new hotel in central Watford. Its not boutique, its not designer, but its a damn sight nicer than a bog standard TravelLodge. Staff are beyond helpful and friendly, checking in and out is simple and the lobby area is nice and spacious and light.
The rooms aren’t massive, but are nicely fitted out with everything you would expect, room service menu was looking pretty good (I didnt eat, so cant comment on how it tasted). I will rave about the bed though, as it really was the commfiest hotel bed I have been in for years.
The breakfast was what let this place down from being a decent 4 star place. I enjoyed the healthy section, the fruit compot and yogurt was right up my street and very good, but my collegue was not so happy with the slightly dry and boring selection of fried traditional English breakfast sausages, eggs and the like.
