This place used to be a huge pub and is now a well spaced out mcdonalds with plenty of parking and one of the cleaner and efficient sites.

The location of this McDonald’s in St. Albans Road means that it’s a handy way to get a quick breakfast or lunch at the drivethrough while driving somewhere. Some of the staff don’t seem to be comfortable speaking English, and a few times we’ve been frustrated at trying to be understood. They are always smiling and pleasant though, and quick enough as you’d expect at a drive-​through.
The inside is also nice and spacious. Snazzy looking highchairs and colouring sets to keep the children busy. Nice place to eat when you fancy a bit of grease.
