Ever wondered where all of the left over size 22 thongs and coordinating 32AA bras go to at the end of the M&S sale? Wonder no more, for they end their days in this clearance outlet just outside of West Brom town centre.
As these clearance shops go, it is decent. The stock is well organised and tidy. The items on sale are predominantly for the older market — think Per Una and Classic Collection. Though you will sometimes find the odd sequinned cat suit or marabou trimmed cocktail dress. The underwear isn’t bad either, especially if you are looking to stock up on basics.
They sell mainly women’s clothing and accessories, but there is a small range of menswear too. There are also some bargain toiletries and gift items up for grabs. Everything is well cheap, though it perhaps isn’t the most cheerful of shopping destinations.

Can you believe the nearest Marks and Spencer’s Outlet store we have is in West Bromwich?! You would think they would have them popping up everywhere.
They have some classic basics in formal work attire at amazing prices, like £10 for a shirt! With the quality and that price, you cannot help but relent to the bargains.
The Outlet even has a sale section — although I thought the Outlet was meant to sell reduced items so when those items are reduced to a «sale», you know they’re as cheap as can be! But this area of the shop isn’t well-maintained and quite frankly it’s too much of a headache to sift through!
The staff members are very friendly and polite. They always explain that you can only exchange online or in that store, which was very useful to know because I assumed I would be able to exchange in a regular M&S store.
