I used to live just up the road from this lovely pub. Its a really well presented 19th Century free house with one of the best beer gardens in Sussex. The interior is a really good combination of rustic and contemporary and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and all locally sourced. The owner chefs too so you know the standard is going to be extremely high. The last time I ate there I had the venison which cooked to absolute perfection. The bar is great too if you just want a few pints of Harveys and a sit in the garden.
