Clarence Park

Excellent park. Bowling greens, childrens play area, well kept flower beds. A mediocre café serving bad coffee. Overall a very nice well kept park thats a pleasure to visit.

Nice park, lots of green areas to walk around and a smallish pond to see. Good for taking the children when stuck for something to do. Also a small enclosed play area which has something to keep children up the age of about 10 amused. Great during the day time to take toddlers as nice and quiet with mostly other toddlers and their mum or dad there. Toilets are available but obviously as they are public can get a bit whiffy at times! There is also a café in the middle of the park which is great for cup of tea, ice cream or even full meal. I would have scored it highre but I often find there are a lot of dogs there runnig around without leads, fine if you are a dog lover but if you have a child who is petrified of dogs not so good!

Really good park located close to the seafront in Weston. It is broken into two halves — one half is a large field used for sport, most usually informal football matches and the other is a more traditional family park with a fountain, flower beds, bowling green, café (open every day of the year until late in the evening) and a well stocked playground for children. There are plenty of benches around where you can sit and watch the world (and his dog) go by.
