The Brasserie, within the Brooklands Hotel in Weybridge, is a stylish restaurant keeping in tone with the contemporary Art Deco theme. The brasserie is quite an expense to spare but completely worth it and a wonderful addition to the hotel. I went here for my anniversary and the meal here rounded the experience off and really added to our enjoyment. I can 100% recommend the Kobe beef burger, although pricey, is very succulent and tastes amazing. It was also the place we went to for breakfast, which was included in our stay, a buffet style breakfast that had everything on offer and it all tasted great and we even got a free newspaper to read whilst we ate. A great place to eat whether you stay at the hotel or not.
