Siam Bay

An unusual «combo» restaurant offering both Thai and Indian dishes in separate sections on the menu.
For our visit we both ate from the Thai side of the street and found it to be much better than the other (Thai only) restaurant in town.
Our waitress was very attentive and the service was generally good, the only downside being towards the end of the meal when I asked if they had Cointreau for a liqueur coffee and was told they didn’t, but as we left I noticed the distinctive bottle on the side of the bar around ten feet from where we had been sitting.
In the end that didn’t spoil the meal, I think it just came down to a simple misunderstanding, no harm done.
If you find yourself having the usual argument over whether you should go out for an Indian or Chinese meal, this could be the ideal compromise restaurant.
