Warren Hill Farm Fishery

If you enjoy fishing, but you would rather settle down for the day in a quiet, rural spot rather than one of the fishing lakes in or near Cardiff itself, Warren Hill Farm is a good option. It’s not too far outside of the city, set in the pretty Vale of Glamorgan near the market town of Cowbridge.
The lake is a four and a half acre natural mill pond which is stocked with a large selection of fish over 40 pegs including Carp (23lb), Tench (7lb), Bream (6lb), Roach (2 ½ lb), Rudd (2 ½lb) and Perch (4lb).
The mill pond is very pretty, and the surrounded countryside makes a beautiful backdrop for a peaceful day. There’s a secure lakeside car park, hot and cold food and drinks, disabled access, and toilets.
Day tickets cost £5.00 for adults and £3.00 for juniors under 14 years. All under 16s have to be accompanied by an adult.
