This place has gone well downhill in the last couple of years since Laurie and Debs moved on. The food is not too bad for the price but the whole place has an air of shabbiness about it and is seriously suffering from a lack of investment. The latest chef seems to be raising the standard of food again but other areas including customer service are in dire need of further improvement.

Average food, cheap price though, always plenty of offers on. Nice outdoor area which is sunny and plenty of car parking. Would be ideal to take your family as you will get a good meal at reasonable price — it’s just good pub food.
