Good food, small portions, pricey drinks and poor service!

Had a group meal here with 25 others last night. All the food tasted fresh, flavoursome with great variation. The sizzling dishes were so tender and tasty. Everyone gave compliments on the quality of the food.
I would have given a certain 4 or 5 star on this meal, but I think they were understaffed as we waited over an hour for the first course, they did provide two lots of hot plates though.
Some of the waiting staff could learn basic English phrases such as requests for knife and fork or Gin and Tonic !
A 10% service charge had not been quoted to us on the original price. Seems like bulk discounts are out now and parties over six attract a service charge.
Figuring out the drinks en mass was fun too !
The long evening was a very enjoyable eating experience, just spoilt and became a nightmare at the end due to their inflexibility in not allowing people to pay individually. Also be aware of their very high drinks prices. Reading other review on various websites shows similar conclusions.
