At last, new staff and what a tranformation. New reception staff. Went there to book a possibleconference and found a very helpful Lady who is due to start there full time soon.
All looked very well run and a lovely place to stay. The restaurant was good with brilliant service, again by staff who seemed dedicated.
Rooms were clean and well presented. Will definately go there again.

I absolutely loved our one night stay here, the room was great, had a nice swim in the morning and then buffet breaktfast which had every food you could think of, people at recetion could do with learning some people skills though, but the assitants by the pool were great!

Norton Park Hotel was converted from a former corporate facility, and when we visited this still showed. The old house, though, is beautiful, so if you are going to stay pay the extra for one of those rooms. This is a great base from which to explore Winchester, which is one of this part of England’s best kept secrets.
