Golden Curry Restaurant

This is the best curry house in the Windsor-​Eton area in my opinion. I’ve tried multiple things on their menu and they have all been outstanding. I would have a hard time making a recommendation as they have all been good but be sure to get the saag mushrooms as a side.

Windsor Curry Club meets at a different restaurant each month, rating each experience for Flavour, Service, Atmosphere and Value for Money. We ask the restaurant to choose the menu in advance, giving them the opportunity to serve their best.
We visited the Golden Curry in October 2011. The highlight of the meal was the delicious prawns served both in the mixed starter and as one of the main courses. Given the restaurant choose the menu we were surprised that not much effort was given to introduce the dishes served. The meal offered a good selection of flavours/​spices but the overall experience was not special.
Windsor Curry Club rated the traditional style Golden Curry 5.83 out of 10.
