Clinton Cards

Clinton Cards is one of those shops that used to be good but has rather fallen behind the times.
The Woking branch is no exception. It’s a bright and inviting store but there’s nothing here that’s really different any more.
The cards are the same as you’ll find anywhere and more expensive. They stock a range of party things, such as balloons, party bags and table decorations, but again these can be found much cheaper elsewhere.
Clintons do stock some exclusive ranges of novelty goods but although they are exclusive they are not really exclusive enough.
Clintons always seems to be empty and it’s really no surprise given that there are some excellent cheap card shops in the area (paricularly Card Factory),
The staff here don’t seem particularly friendly and seem to be unwilling to assist any more than just pointing you in the right direction.
There are better places to shop for cards and novelty goods.
