Complete Community Care came out to check my granddad vision while he was staying at Collingwood Grange care home and provided a great and patient optical service. He has been known to be a little short with people since he became bed bound, but the lovely optician Karen was very patient with him and made sure he got the prescription he needed, so when the family visit he can see who’s talking — there are a lot of us who visit and all sound quite similar. Thank you for improving my granddad’s quality of life and sorry if my Granddad was a bit of a flirt, he thought Karen was very lovely lol :)
