Great fun. I go once a year and get an instructor. They are all really good teachers and make sure you have a good time. Works well for mixed abilities as well as they can do different traps for different people.
The club house also has tea and coffee which is just what’s needed after being out in the grounds.

If you’ve never shot before and want to give it a go, the NRA has twice-​yearly open days which are really good fun. You can try clay pigeon shooting, target rifle, long barrel revolver and much more, but you’ll have to book in advance at
