Worth a visit here, but beware that some products are cheaper from supermarkets. I tend to use it for batteries mainly.

this place is cheap as chips (well a quid to be precise). everything is sets you back only one squid and theres a good variety of wares to choose from. sure the quality isnt always the same as the stuff you see in beatties or whatever and you dont exactly get service with a smile but u get what u pay for. lots of branded stuff here too. my whole flat is cleaned stocked and fed largely by poundland.

best shop ever. you can find a lot of stuff for very cheap. Indeed you can find food, hygienic products, and a lot of stuff usefull for every days. you will leave this shop with full hands for a stupid bill

excellent value, my favourite products are stationary and books (great xmas presents), as well as kitchen items. i always check here and pound zone before buying something in more expensive stores — what credit crunch?! :)

With the current economical crises I can see more and more people choosing these pound shops above many other shops in the local area, they offer everything from baby wipes and shampoo to kitchen accessories, even food, be it multi packets of crisps to healthy tins of tuna! It is a child’s pocket money shop, they offer many children a variety of small toys to meet the parents’ budget for those every week items, without a small child knowing the difference! I think simply everyone can’t resist looking for a bargain and this draws many people to these shops as they walk past, you just never quite know what bargain you might find!

Cheap ideal for students and food. basics are cheap. have shampoo cheap which i find in other places 2pound or more. really good deals. I always get stationary from here as it is cheap and does the job.
Can get food, pet food, drinks, stationary, kitchen basics, toys and gifts.
have cheap socks always good at this time good stocking fillers.
