The entire place comes across as a bit unprofessional and awkward, the owner (I THINK it is the owner) will spend time playing with his phone rather than talking to customers. However that is pretty forgivable.
What ISN’T forgivable is when your piercing is being changed and the guy starts spurting sudden xenophobic and racist comments out of the blue, being pretty loud and making my partner and I extremely uncomfortable.
Weird comments about Russians, Muslims, shouting «I’VE GOT MY NEW TALIBAN HUNTING FLAG IN» to a friend, etc.
Never ever going back there.

i went in for laser hair removal. peter the owner burned me really badly now i am scarred for
apology and doesn’t take responsibility. i am suing him and he is trying to deny i ever came in for treatments. he uses a cheap laser that burns. he has threatened me and my family if i don’t withdraw my legal action. i am really disappointed as he seemed like a decent person before he burned me and took my money.
