A top quality family butcher, long established in Wootton Bassett. Sadly Ken Crump died a couple of years ago, but the business continues unchanged. Famous for their sausages. Also good for game.

A ‘proper’ butchers on the High Street in Wootton Bassett. A well established family business. Gets very busy. Wonderful selection of sausages — try the Bassett Bangers (Hot) and the 6X, also Honey Monsters are great and children love them. Also good for cooked ham, meat pies, cheeses and burgers (the pork ones are good and make a nice change). Cut meat selection really good and an excellent display which makes it easy to see everything. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Much better than supermarket meat shopping!
