Had many a good times in the Marrs Bar, open til about 4am on Sat night and Weds are Jam night with other nights showing live bands and comedy, all round good small venue

This is quite a good place to have a drink and a laugh. People are always talking about it at college, a lot of bands play here. So its a good place to be entertained. Seems a friendly little place, welcoming atmosphere.

If you are into music or comedy this place is a must in Worcester. I particularly like the comedy nights. These have been running for several years now and the quality of the acts they are now able to attract reflects this fact. Many famous names too numerous to mention have performed here on there way to stardom and some current stars like to come and try out their new material before they do a major tour. It’s the same story with the music, with some very unexpectedly big name acts playing intimate gigs. It is also a great venue to see the very best of the up and coming local bands.
