This is a place that I really wanted to like. Its nicely laid out inside and has some nice looking, locally sourced food on the menu. The landlady is prominant at the front of house and adds a personal touch the experience but. I was very disappointed the last time I ate there. The special cut I lamb I ordered was tiny, luke warm and over cooked. I suspect this is because I took a long time finishing my starter but who knows. Also the landlady takes on a lot of the waiting herself making her franticly busy while other staff watch on. This leads to her making mistakes, courses not arriving. I think theres a lot of potential in the Greddington and for all the positive points I would give it a try.
