Halifax Building Society

This is a small branch of the Halifax. It has a cash machine outside, but often there is no paper in it as it is so well used — so you can’t do your transaction. Also frequently there are no envelopes either!
Inside the shop has just been refurbished and is very nice. There are 2 tills and you never have to wait very long. They also now offer financial advice — they have created a small area where you can chat to an advisor in private.
it is very well used by all the people of Gresford and from miles around.
I don’t think you can actually open accounts from here though — I think it is because it is just a sub-​branch.
The staff are always very friendly and helpful.
