McDonald’s has a purpose — fast consistent food. The Big Mac you get in Yarmouth is the same Big Mac you get in York. They also helpfully have free wifi(completely free) though no power outlets. The saver menu is a good deal — the double cheeseburger(hold the mustard and pickle) with a side of fries goes down fast. This is a nice McDonald’s with tables outside so that you can get some sunshine while you consume your daily allowance of sodium and fat.

What a joke place was empty with dozens of staff and it still took 15min to get 4 double cheeseburgers!

As far as McDonald’s restaurants go this one is fairly small — I think perhaps too small as it caters for all the hungry shoppers who visit Monks Cross(where this McDonald’s is located). If you pop in for lunch between 12pm — 2pm you have to be prepared to queue up to place your order, you’ll have to battle to get a table indoors as seating is limited and the option of sitting outside to eat your meal only is appealing in the summer months or if your a smoker. During the weekend, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is — you’re going to have to queue. The food is your bog standard McDonald’s –but I’m pretty sure that they don’t offer the full McDonald’s breakfast menu. Another criticism that I would have as Because of the sheer volume of customers that come and go, the place never seems clean!
