We came across The Indian Lounge by chance and were tempted in by the menu. Not your run of the mill Anglicised fayre, you’ll find some regional dishes and interesting specialities. Service was good and the food was delicious. Prices reasonable too on our trip for starter and main for two we paid £37. Recommended and we’d definitely return if in the area.

Me and a few friends went to The Indian Lounge when it first opened as we love a good curry and like to try out new places. This was a few years ago and The Indian Lounge continues to be one of our favourite restaurants to this day.
The inside of the restaurant is really modern looking and it does look like quite an expensive establishment but the prices are actually really reasonable. The food has always been faultless and the staff very accomodating. As I favour a chicken korma I often find it lacking in flavour with it being a mild dish but at the Indian Lounge it’s always flavoursome and yummy.
