If you buy $ 2,000+ luxury watch would you expect a decent customer service? I would! They do not provide it !!! Learn the hard way that Little Switzerland-​Jewels is a DISCOUNT store and have no refund policy on broken product !!! The do not want to deal with you after they got your money !!! Even cheap dollar stores have refund policy on defected product but these ‘pirates of Caribbean’ are just preying on relaxed vacationers !!! This is disgusting what they are doing !!!

If you want to buy a watch on the island, this is the place to go to. They have 2 or 3 shops all within walking distance to each other, with the main one selling the higher end products.
I’ve done the price shopping and realized that this place sells their watches the cheapest compared to the other surrounding watch stores. And they provide an extended warranty that the other watch stores do not provide.
Don’t be afraid to haggle even with the lower price that is already offered. They will work with you.
And if you are about to buy a watch or two, then ask for some of their complimentary cognac whilst you are shopping. Now that is some fine service.

We have shopped at this particular location on each and every cruise we have taken to the island. The sales people are very friendly, knowledgeable, and are willing to negotiate on most prices. We have bought all of our Movado watches here, as well as to Tag Heuers over the years. Little Switzerland is the best!

Movado watches are about ½ off the MSRP. Little Switzerland is the watch store on the island, nearly a monopoly.
