El buho is cozy and warm looking, overall an inviting place. It is a mostly wooden cabin reaching Agua de Oro with tables arranged along a view of a field, very nice. The food is also very nice, I had one of the best pasta I ever had in there and there was a decent wine selection, you will need a designated driver though since this is in a state route and there is 0 tolerance policy for drinking. The only downside of the place is the speed, you need to go there with at least a couple of hours of patience and not starving otherwise you will wait so long that when food arrives you will devour it without getting to taste it. Also it helps to make a reservation as it is very popular despite the wait.
