Awesome ambience, great, friendly staff. The food was quick and delicious. An excellent family friendly vibe.

As a new mum I chose to meet a group of friends here for lunch as I thought it would be an easy option given I knew it had plenty of seating and room to manœuvre the pram. Well I was wrong! There isn’t even a footpath from the adjacent parking to the joint, I had to walk on the road. I arrived to a staircase with no ramp so I had to access the place through the adjoining Dome whereby I had to ask their patrons to move their chairs in. I got to the front door to find a mass of people blocking it because the line for ordering food was so disorderly(did I mention it was raining). This would have been solved if the cashier had the piece of mind to move to till farthest from the door thus creating more room for the line. It was a busy period so we had a fairly long wait for our food which was fine and understandable but when we finally did receive it we noted to the waitress that we had no knives and requested that we be provided with some and she returned with two, we were a table of four!!! The meal was fine but certainly not worth the $ 25 I paid for it. The dismal experience was then topped off with the waiter clearing half the tables plates even though some of my friends had finished eating, a pet hate of mine! Some may say I shouldn’t expect so much from a burger joint but if I wanted service like that at MacDonald’s I would’ve gone there and saved myself $ 15 for the pleasure. Hey Grill’d how about you train your staff, buy more knives and invest in some acrod access.

Occasionally i get a hankering for a burger and this is the place i come to. Staff are always bubbly and friendly. Grilled is reknown for its burgers(obviously) and they never fail to disappoint. I like how they are more than happy to mix n match too i. e swap beef for chicken etc. Lots of seating both indoor and outside.
