Most disgusting experience I have had at any cinema. Saw the advance screening of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on the 5th of June 2016 it was an expensive waste of time. No promotional items for sale or giveaway really the massive hike in cost is not worth it. Way over priced for 2 small drinks, 2 small pizzas, and a serve of chicken dippers cost $ 46! The female restroom was dirty, smelly, broken soap containers, broken sinks, broken doors. The service was terrible, waited nearly an hour for the pizzas and dippers. The seating arrangements and staff were pathetic. I have a broken tailbone and was super excited to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but the entire movie I had a child kicking my seat, I asked the parent to stop and asked staff nothing was done and now today I am in chronic pain and can barely move. Will never return and will be telling all my friends and family the same.

Going to Hoyts was a struggle after having such an excellent experience with Reading Cinemas although free tickets aren’t something to avoid. :) The main entrance is excellent, the Customer Service from staff are outstanding and the design of the interior is very modern using a lot of screens. Exactly what I’d expect from a Cinema. Although the actual movie experience was disappointing. I found the prices of the combo’s aren’t even listed above the candy bar requiring you to ask what prices are and the seats aren’t the most comfortable. We found the actual movie screens to be significantly small considering how many seats were in a cinema. Granted some aspects of my experience were admirable but the majority was disappointing.
