I have been here twice now but not actually eaten here. The fit-out is interesting — channeling desert chic-like vibe with faux tents constructed in a wonderful warehouse space. The colours are all dark leather, chocolate and white, deliciously reminiscent of a middle eastern set. food echoes this with what appears to be a range of middle eastern foods, yet to be sampled, although we will I must say. Sitting in the front window on a leather couch watching the world of Rushcutters Bay go quietly by is not bad at all!

If you can find it you will be settled. A dark black building nestled in between apartments and office building, if heading there for the first time you will need a guide. But one you’re in, the atmoshpere is great, be welcomed with various delicatessen meats hanging behind the counter and sit in the quiet drinks ounge until your party arrives and you are taken to your table. Be careful of the menu, there are so many options and although you may not think they are big, they are substantial. The oven baked hummus and beer battered mussels are divine and the stuffed eggplant reminded me of my mum’s home made dish(which I absolutely love). This may become another favourite dinner spot in my work travels.
