I’ve had my brows shaped three times here. The first two times I was really pleased. But I had them done yesterday and not only did it hurt more than usual, but they were left quite uneven. Far too much had been taken off one brow so it looks unbalanced with the other. I don’t want to remove more of the ‘good’ one to match so I’ll just have to wait for it to grow back! It’s a shame because up until then I had been really happy with the service.
