Sushii

I was really impressed with this new sushi kiosk at Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
Located outside the ABC store and near Dymocks, it has seating around the kiosk so you can stay and eat.
Usually the sushi found at shopping centres is pretty terrible, but these guys are bucking the trend.
They have a pretty decent variety of sushi on offer, ranging from around $ 3 upwards, with brown rice available.
I had the tempura prawn hand-​roll for just under $ 4, and it was great. The seaweed wrapping was soft, but kept the rice together, the prawn was plump and flavourful, not over fried and the rice was perfectly cooked.
