Yo! Yo… Gimme a beat… I’m about to spit fire here. Straight out of bed, Just had my hydralites, crazy mother f*cker with his gang with appetites. When our order got called off, our hunger got sawed off. Squeezed the bun and the chips got hauled off. You too boy if you listen to me, get your ass here for some burgers cooked perfectly. Rolling on my fat ass out, that’s how I’m going out. This place is legit as hell. Really good price for absolutely amazing burgers. Our group spent most of our time just reading all the stuff on the walls. For what I thought was just a run of the mill burger joint the service was excellent, guy even checked how everything was, did we need anything? etc. Top notch. I also liked reading the story behind the place. If you’re still reading this, this is a cool place that deserves your business.

DA’Burger … DA’best. I cannot event begin to start with telling you how amazing this place is. The burgers live up to their reputation by a mile. The Bus Stop is a personal favourite. And they are HUGE. The chips are also to die for and any burger joint that serves Stonewood is a’ok with me.

DA’Burger has taken the crown as BESTBURGERJOINTINBRISBANE. There’s a few reasons for this, and I will be detailing them all right now. 1) The menu is AMAZING. Seriously. The options and inclusions in the burgers make each one sing with pure deliciousness. The meat is always superb, the salad crunchy and fresh and the home-made relishes are TODIEFOR. Plus they offer sans-bun while dining in and gluten free buns when taking away. Mini gripe /first world problem here — I really wish they would offer take away sans bun. Gluten free buns are never good enough to be eaten completely, I’m sorry! 2) The staff. These people are bubbly, helpful and really knowledgeable about their burgers. They also match a mean beer /wine with their fare. ANDTHEYHAVEGLUTENFREEBEER!!! /Angels singing 3) The décor. It’s just awesome. Super awesome. People have signed various hilarious messages all over the back walls where the limited seating options reside. We have spent many a lunch or dinner time reading various messages and giggling to ourselves. The prices are a little more than you would pay at other«gourmet» burger places, however we are happy to pay them. The servings are always generous and the produce fresh and amazingly presented. I will continue coming here for years to come and hope they continue to grow! I would love to see a few more DA’Burgers’ popping up around Brisbane and further afield!

The buns are great but my burger was dry, lacking in fat and grease, and I think hence the emphasis on sauce at this place. For the price, I would expect better.

This is the fifth time I have been to DA’Burger. I just keep coming back, It’s fantastic. This is the first time though that I have come here alone. All the other times I have been surrounded by family and it has been perfect. I realized something as I sit here after devouring my wonderful burger, It’s honestly not about the company here. I have never felt so at home eating at a burger place. The music is playing in the background as I enjoy my meal and I have arrived just before it gets busy so it’s very peaceful and relaxing. I can guarantee you this, wether you are with friends, family or by yourself. DA’Burger will always make you feel at home.

It was on the 11th of March in 2015 that I discovered love at first bite. My roommate and I ventured into the heart of Brisbane, only to end up at the life-altering destination known as DA’Burger. It’s the perfect destination for family get-togethers, dates, group hang-outs, and even those ‘table for one’ moments. After hearing the hype from family members, I was already put on edge walking into this haven. We ordered the DA’Burger and a side of chips for a reasonable $ 15.90. The staff were inviting, and the wall art and miniature 4-in-a-row made for a fun and exciting atmosphere. After a short amount of time our meal was brought out and from there, each bite was one to savour, and every component of the burger was to die for. I have to say, the tomato relish and Mayo was definitely the selling point, and almost literally mouthwatering. Along with this, the chips were crunchy and perfectly cooked. The take-away option is available but I recommend taking the opportunity to sit and relax in the quirky little restaurant with your lemon-infused cold water. There’s a large range of options in food and drinks, and it’s also great to know that the meat and buns are locally bought. It would be a lie if I was to say that I wasn’t a little broken inside when it came to taking the last bite. I can’t wait to take friends and family there and I can’t recommend it any more! Definitely a place to try!

While it doesn’t look like much from the sidewalk, the look of this place is very interesting and I was very happy to have eaten here Saturday night. Inside, the walls are adorned by colourful scribbles by customers and it was very casual with small tables and chairs. The menu had chicken, lamb, fish and beef options. I chose the ‘Josephine’ which was a chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomato and aioli burger. It was very big with a soft bun, crisp, fresh lettuce and tasty, juicy chicken. The sauce was delicious and it was very satisfying. Servers were very friendly and I look forward to coming here again.

2nd time in one weekend, I believe I’m addicted. DaBurger is hands down the best burger joint in Brisbane, if you don’t believe me, scoot on over to New Farm and give it a try, you will not be disappointed. Two of us had the Bus stop again(da’lish) and my daughter had DaBurger(da’vine). I wish I could eat these Da’lectable burgers every day but alas I live three hours away(I’m Da’devistated). Everything about these burgers is sensational, the sauces just pack maximum flavour, the meat patty is moist and the bun that perfect not too hard not too soft blend of awesome. The staff are extremely pleasant and make you feel so welcome it’s like sitting on your back deck with a group of mates. I can’t stress enough just how fantastic DaBurger is. Just go and experience it for yourself, you’re in for a treat.

The food was really nice, but what was really awesome was the service. The guy who served us really went the extra mile with his service. Great place!

Real size burgers that will blow the wind up your skirt. The fries are awesome and the tomato chili relish will make you wanna slap your mamma. I have had«The Ninch» which was a great fresh fish and plenty of flavor and the«Nelson Nasty» which is a great chicken burger with plenty of chili and jalapeños. The owner is a great guy who has a fantastic story and doesn’t take himself to seriously. He also helps underprivileged youths and supports his local community. Check it out today.

Awesome service for the price! They recommended a few beers based on what I like, when they asked for my name in the order, they used it when dropping off the food and to checkup on me! This is the place to go for a good burger!

A good burger place that does everything right for the most part. No real complaints and only compliments for the proprietors. But is it great or amazing? No. More side options and desserts couldn’t hurt.

It’s the simple stuff that’s most exciting. That’s coming from a guy who would take the country over the city and The Ramones over Radiohead. I’ve also never tried a chai latte. I’ll just have a coffee, thanks. DA’Burger speaks to my simple sensibilities. The meat is fresh from the butcher next door, lightly seasoned and flame grilled. The salad on all the burgers is the classic lettuce/tomato/(red) onion combo and the menu offers chips and a generous range of drinks(they take pride in the range of beers on offer). Being a young business, one year old with just one location, the mastermind of DA’Burger, James and his wife Wendy, and their best mate Jason are always on hand and are truly passionate about their burgers. Honestly, the first time the missus and I rocked up, it was jarring being treated like old friends by James. Pulling no punches, customer service in Australia is woeful. Generally speaking waitstaff in our country are disinterested and lazy, and god have pity on your sugar craving soul should you ever desire dessert ’cause once your mains hit the table, you’re dead to the waiter. James is the most enthusiastic person I’ve met in hospitality. I myself have worked in the industry for over 8 years. He’s a rare breed. His burgers are simple pleasures, but what pleasure! Beef, lamb, chicken, fish and a couple of vegetarian options, if you wanna get your burger fix on, you’ve gotta be damn picky to not find something to hit the spot. My personal favorite is a beauty called The Cure. It takes the basic DA’Burger with an Angus beef pattie, salad and one of the several home made relishes and adds perennial favorite burger fillings like bacon, a fresh cracked runny egg and cheese which is the closest I’ve been to burger heaven. The salad actually looks fresh, bright and vibrant. Tastes that way, too. The combination of the flame grilled patties, salad and the tomato relish or chilli jam… if you have fond memories of family backyard BBQ’s, you’ll feel right at home. As several customers have written on the walls at DA’Burger, Grill’d doesn’t even compare. The taste alone is enough to secure my patronage for whenever Macca’s or HJ’s just ain’t gonna cut it for those days where a burger is all you wanna wrap your laughing gear around. But DA’Burger support the local homeless, by offering employment opportunities to youths who have had a rough start in life, and also by distributing suspended burger vouchers to the homeless, which anyone can contribute to in store. So you can feel good about supporting a true blue, local business and maybe even get in on the being charitable thing yourself. Long story short, DA’Burger is a real, feel good place to grab a feed. Hands down the best burgers I’ve ever had(the fiancé swears by the chips), consistently great service(although the enthusiasm can drop off a tad should one of the younger staff serve you), you can scribble on the walls should you become a regular, play Connect 4 while you wait and rock out to the tunes. I tell ya what, I don’t wanna meet the person who wouldn’t call that a good time out.

I’d been doing a bit of research on burgers in Brisbane and decided that DA Burger would be my first point of call. My «Burger Crawl» as I like to call it, got off to a flying start when I visited DA Burger. The staff and the owner were incredible friendly and you could see they had a real passion for their work(a rare commodity these days). On this visit I decided to try a burger called The Cure. Although not suffering and type of ailment requiring a «cure», this burger was just the ticket. The first thing that struck me was the size, it was huge and looked like how I remembered burgers I used to get as a kid. I hate beetroot and always request it be removed from any burger I eat. This came with a beetroot relish and I thought what the hell, why not. It was fantastic, combined with the other ingredients and the super fresh produce this was truly a memorable meal. It was made all the better by the accompanying beer battered chips which where perfection. The owner provided us with some complimentary tomato relish to go with the chips. wonderful flavour. I only hope that other burgers I encounter on my Burger Crawl are as good. I have my doubts, but we’ll see

The staff are awesome. Not to mention the owners are native Redcliffians! The burgers are healthy. No grease. Homemade tomato relish is DA’ BOMB! Grab a pen and write on the walls. So many people have been there and enjoyed whatever it is they’ve ordered. The atmosphere is lovely and inspirational. A really chic hipster place to grab a bite. The burgers are very large and the fries are DA’licious and the beers are ice cold! Definitely a place to check out.

Burger joint and next door butcher? A match made in heaven! This place has a great vibe, funky interior, easy going clientele, and most importantly very nice food. We were greeted by a cool dude(the owner) who took orders, advised on micro brews, and brought out food to tables(no numbers, so they just remember where you sit). Da busstop was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The flavors in the meat and sauce were excellent(«complexity disguised as simplicity» as they call it). I will be back for sure; next on my wish list is probably Da’Cure.

The staff member taking our order slumped across the counter. DA’Burger looked schmick but I had my doubts when she seemed to not really care if we ordered or not. There was no greeting but hey, all doubts were cast aside when my very first DA’Burger was brought to our table. These burgers are massive and for less than $ 20(including a serve of beer battered chips) it’s a bloody great value dinner for any burger-lover. I went with the classic DA’Burger with cheese which translated into Burgernese is a standard cheeseburger. The bun is fresh and soft, the red onion, lettuce and tomato bright and not wilted, the burger patty thick like a hockey puck, the mayo just enough. Yes, I sound like Goldilocks facing some serious first world problems, I know. So without waxing lyrical about a burger any further — they’re good. There might not be anything fancy with this burger but the fact that it’s not remotely greasy and actually tastes and looks like real food? Well, I’d give it two thumbs up but they’re too busy trying to pick up this massive bun to eat. I also like, and want to follow up, on the fact that you can pre-purchase burgers that they then distribute to homeless people in the area. Way to pay it forward, guys!

I don’t usually give out 5 stars to a place I’ve only been to once, but I honestly can’t think of anything wrong with DA’Burger. Taste: fantastic. The burger sauce is delicious. There’s all kinds of flavour in there. The fries(sorry, chips, whatever) are unquestionably the best I’ve had in Brisbane. Portion: gigantic. A burger and fries and I was stuffed. Selection: beef, chicken, lamb, two kinds of veg, and a variety of other choices including one with a fried egg. The only side dish offered is chips, I suppose they could work on that but I’m not complaining yet. Price: one huge burger and a large portion of fries comes to $ 16. Not too shabby. We had two burgers and one fries and shared everything between the two of us, and we were both full at the end. Seating: the front of the shop is wide open, with some seating outside. If you want less busy, there are tables in the back as well. Staff: super friendly. I have never seen someone that excited to serve me a hamburger. Location: deep in the heart of New Farm, close to Powerhouse, close to the water, close to the CityCat. Five stars!

I can say this place has the best burger I’ve ever had! The place looks very trendy, kind of hip atmosphere. It kind of like a fast good kinda style but not the food or the services. So we walked in to order the food at the counter and then they brought the food to us. I ordered the foul play which is a grilled chicken with cheese and da’burger’s own tomato relish and chilli jam. Oh man, the combination of the sauce and the meat and veggies feel like heaven in my mouth. It’s 11.90 $ for a huge foul play burger and I couldn’t finish it. Don’t forget to order the Da’Burger Beer Battered Chips!!! Even you can’t finish it. So crisp and fresh, nothing like any chip you’ve tried before. I will definitely go back again!

OMG. OMFG. THIS is what a burger is supposed to be. I’m now torn between this place and Byron’s secret burger joint being the best burgers in Australia! Seriously, it’s that good. The meats are only bought from the specialist butcher next door, grass fed animals. The beers are mostly from micro breweries. The owners are working in there and, along with their great staff, are providing the best service you’ll get anywhere. The décor is just right for a cool little burger shop. The food comes out in a reasonable time(unlike another good burger store up the road). After one visit, I’m already going to call myself a regular.
