Best dry cleaner about. Been around for years & just good! Very reasonably priced & so so quick. If you need something done in 2 hours they will try their best to make sure that happens, 1.5 hours later you will have a txt msg advising you your items are fresh & ready. Major perk is they have a ²⁴⁄₇ collection option.

The best dry-​cleaner in Richmond. Hands down. No arguments.
We have been using these guys for the last 5 years since we moved here! And they are absolutely excellent!
Super friendly & efficient service. Option for 24 hour drop off and pick-​up if you get yourself a VIP card (which costs nothing — you just have to link it to your credit card).
I should mention I did have one unfortunate, yet very well handled incident, with a new Ted Baker dress I dropped off to be dry-​cleaned.
I usually check the labels of everything to make sure they are dry-​clean only before I drop them off but for some reason on this occasion I didn’t! I think it’s because the dress was silk, I assumed it would be dry-​clean only. Unfortunately, the guys at the shop didn’t check either on this one occasion (they pride themselves on always checking) and my poor little dress was in fact a «do NOT dry clean» garment.
As a result the dry cleaning melted the glue that was holding some little studding on the dress and spread the studs and glue randomly over the dress, ruining it.
As soon as this was discovered the owner called me to apologise. They handled the situation so very well — they refunded the cost of the dry-​cleaning (obviously), wrote me a cheque for the cost of my dress (which I had on my credit card statement) and gave my husband and I $ 250 of dry-​cleaning credit! And this was without any hesitation or me having to ask for anything at all. I was so impressed that the disappointment of my ruined dress faded quickly & I have not hesitated in continuing to give them my business!
I am not sure if they are more expensive than other places in the area, but with service like that, I won’t be going anywhere else and am happy to pay a little extra!
