Hilton Hotel Surfers Paradise

I love the way they treat there gold members, the perks are amazing the service is always great and although it’s late there always smiling. The view is always great when your 36 levels high.

Being a Gold Coast local I do not normally get a taste of the holiday-​maker lifestyle our city is famous for. Naturally, I was extremely excited when I had the opportunity to stay at the brand new Hilton Hotel on Orchid Avenue in Surfers Paradise with my partner last week.
Located right in the centre of the Gold Coast’s famous nightclub precinct this hotel is gorgeously appointed– totally opulent and a gorgeous addition to the area.
The staff were courteous and exceedingly helpful, the rooms were larger than expected and the beds were so soft! There is also a downstairs parking garage for you– bonus considering how hard it is to find free parking in Surfers.
Would definitely stay here again.

Never again after Adelaide I vowed never again Hilton! Booked at 3pm told canapes and drinks 6 to 830pm check in its 6 to 8! Hotel store no prices on wine had to check each query!
Bags delivered wrong room air con a sauna even maintenance man has to use torch to organize it! Surfers worst than Adelaide and its the pits! Rent a caravan instead

Day one not happy. Took forever to check in with only one staff member. Paid quite a bit for a two bedroom serviced apartment but no views, no free internet, 15 $ a day for parking (come on, if one is staying in a hotel the parking should b free) spa pool not really clean or warm. Gym ok, sauna good, 4 swimming pools was a bonus. Pretty pricy overall. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day. Big bonus is it is centre of surfers paradise and so close to d beach and all restaurants and clubs

Had a weekend stay at Surfers Paradise for the first time in a long time; had a deluxe room which was clean and well appointed and room service was faultless. Friendly staff; a good experience. :-)

We stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Surfers Paradise for only one night in one of their King Deluxe Rooms and unfortunately I was not impressed at all.
The rooms were nice and clean, but seriously for a 5star hotel I expect more.
1. The bathroom/​toilet is only separated from the room by a sliding door. (I experienced this in a budget hotel for 40 $ per night which is okay, but not for a Hilton)
2. The mini bar was empty, there was not even a bottle of water.
3. You need to pay extra for WiFi
4. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing with only a couple of slices of ham and cheese, and fruit. the scrambled eggs had cream in it, the pineapple was unripe and hard so impossible to eat; coffee and pastries were okay.
On a positive side I have to say that the reception staff was really friendly and the location is quite good.

Excellent hotel, with fabulous executive lounge staff.
I will return.

Nice and clean. Couldn’t get a sea side view though. Great friendly service. Great weekend get away.
